If you know me and have been following me for a bit, you know that I’m so passionate about motherhood photography. I believe that mothers deserve to be photographed in a way that magnifies the beauty of who and what they are, and the connection between them and their babe. I could bet that mamas do the majority of the phone photo-taking at home and often times, they are never in these photos. And dad - bless his sweet soul - tries his hardest to take a photo, but he doesn’t know how we, as women whose bodies and hearts change after motherhood, crave to be captured.
My heart feels so much joy for Summer and her three babes. They had sixty minutes of interrupted time to snuggle and kiss and laugh and breathe each other in - documented memories that are made permanent. And who knows when baby Demi will take her last suckle from mama, but they both have these beautiful reminders for years to come.
